CLIENT POLICIES

Here’s what you need to know.

I run an appointment-based business—which means that when clients don’t show up for their appointments, or cancel at the very last moment, it makes it very different for my business to function.

As my client, I ask that you make every possible effort to show up for your coaching sessions—on time, ready to work, every time.

Coaching is a partnership, and we both have to treat it seriously, respect each other’s time, and do our part. When we both give 100%, incredible progress happens!

PAYMENT POLICY

I typically work with clients for 4 weeks in a row. Once we’ve scheduled your coaching sessions, you can pay for your sessions in one installment or in four weekly installments. After receiving an electronic invoice from me, payment is due within 3 business days.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please give me as much advance notice as you possibly can. If you wait until the last moment—less than 48 hours before your scheduled session—then I can’t always accommodate your request.

POSTPONING POLICY

Clients sometimes ask me, “Could we do 1 coaching this session this month, then wait a few weeks, and then pick things up again later?” The answer is: “No.” Unless we’ve made special arrangements, if you purchase 4 coaching sessions with me, these sessions must be used up within the span of 4 weeks. You’ll get much better results out of the coaching experience if you work consistently, week after week, without stopping.

SPECIAL SITUATIONS

I do understand that sometimes “life happens.” Babies arrive early. Flights get delayed. People get sick. If there’s something going on in your life that’s completely outside of your control, please tell me about it as soon as you possibly can, and we’ll work out a special arrangement.
